Account Deletion Request - Resavation
Effective Date: 1st January, 2025
If you would like to delete your account and associated data from Resavation, follow the steps below:
How to request deletion
- Send an email to info@resavation.com
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include your full name and registered email address
What gets deleted
- Your profile and personal information
- Uploaded documents and files
- In-app messages and activity history
- Wallet transaction history
What is retained
Payment and transaction records may be retained for as long as required by applicable law and for financial and legal compliance purposes (for example, audit and tax obligations).
Your request will be processed within 30 days of submission.
