You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

1. Use the Services only for lawful purposes.

3. Refrain from uploading harmful, offensive, or misleading content.

5. Property Listings

When you list a property, you confirm that:

• All property details are accurate and not misleading.
• You will update or remove listings that are no longer available.

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or our policies.

6. Payments & Transactions

Payments, where applicable, may be processed via secure third-party providers.

Resavation is not responsible for disputes between tenants, landlords, or agents, but we may mediate where possible.

7. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use the Services for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful code.
• Circumvent security measures or attempt to hack the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and designs on Resavation are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written consent.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or availability of properties listed on our platform.
• We are not responsible for losses, damages, or disputes arising from your interactions with other users.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resavation, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to binding arbitration in Lagos State under Nigerian law.
